With more than 20 years of hands-on mechanical engineering and product development experience, I founded MWI3 Engineering to deliver flexible, on-demand engineering support to lean teams at growing manufacturers.
My background includes early work in stormwater and wastewater treatment technologies at Duperon Corporation, followed by over eight years at NORMA Group where I supported significant business expansion in fluid connection systems and stainless steel engineered solutions. I’ve spent my career bridging technical engineering challenges with commercial outcomes — working directly with sales teams, business development leaders, and company presidents to turn customer needs into reliable, manufacturable products.

I partner with sales and BD leaders to turn customer needs into manufacturable products. From concept to launch, I provide design input, customer-facing technical support, and strategic recommendations that help close deals and grow revenue.
Complex Stainless Steel Fabrication & Weldments
Expert design and optimization of flat metal components and weldments (0.005″ to 0.375″ thick), including intricate bent parts that sit between stamping and press brake forming. Special focus on stainless steel to minimize distortion, springback, and production issues.
Fluid Connection Systems & Clamp Expertise
Deep specialization in worm-drive hose clamps, V-band clamps, T-bolt clamps, and related fluid connection technologies. Troubleshooting failures, capability analysis, manufacturing integration, and optimization for industrial, automotive, and retail applications.
Prototyping, Testing & Troubleshooting
Hands-on prototyping using my in-house shop (CNC mill, lathe, welding, electronics bench) plus root-cause failure analysis and on-site/remote troubleshooting. I help unstuck projects and reduce downtime without long-term commitments.
